AntiVir Mailgate for Linux 
AntiVir is what we currently use on our MTA (Sendmail). Antivir runs as it's on Daemon and uses a virus definition file to scan all incoming and outgoing emails. If AntiVir find a virus it will quarantine it and send an e-mail to the Administrator, sendmail and the recipient.
